Martinson Foundation

The Martinson Foundation is a private foundation and charitable organization located in Appleton, MN. The focus and goals of the Martinson Foundation align with the interests and values of its founders, working to improve the community of Appleton and beyond.

the Milan Community Foundation

The Milan Community Foundation began in 2004 in partnership with the Southwest Initiative Foundation. The Milan Community Foundation invests its available resources into worthwhile projects throughout the Milan Community. 

the Montevideo Community Foundation

Established in 1993 by a group of local citizens, the Montevideo Area Community Foundation was created to be a permanent vehicle to serve the evolving needs of organizations in the Montevideo area.

CERTS (Clean Energy Research Teams)

CERTS, or the Clean Energy Research Teams, is a program in Minnesota aimed at advancing clean energy research and development. CERTS brings together teams of experts from academia, industry, and government to collaborate on cutting-edge projects and develop innovative solutions to energy challenges.

The Southwest Minnesota Arts Council (SMAC) is a non-profit organization that supports and promotes the arts in the southwestern region of Minnesota. SMAC provides funding, resources, and opportunities for artists and arts organizations to engage with their communities and advance their work.
